From what I skimmed (I'm on cold medicine and can't bring myself to read anything thoroughly) you have main things, basics, and generalities. Try doing one of those character-building surveys that covers the more simple, everyday things, that really make your character a person.
Does she put her pants on left or right leg first? That birth mark on her thigh where it's nearly invisible (or some other tiny, insignificant thing), is she insecure about it even though no one sees it? Does she like stripper heels or simple flats? Can she juggle?
I love doing these character surveys because I feel like it makes my characters more real. Most of the things will never be included in the novel, granted, but you'll know them, and that makes it easier to understand your character as a person, and thus their motivations, etc.
